Responsibilities
- Develop features, products, and systems that enhance user value from their first interaction with Coinbase.
- Rapidly launch, iterate, and optimize new and existing features to drive growth.
- Build resilient and scalable systems that support fast-paced development.
- Design scalable solutions to address novel problems using modern cloud technology.
- Articulate a long-term vision for maintaining and scaling backend systems.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to create a tangible roadmap.
- Write high-quality, well-tested code to meet customer needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Experience designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services.
- Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code.
- Passionate about building an open financial system.
- Full-stack mindset with the ability to tackle problems across various domains.
- Data-driven approach to identifying and pursuing high-impact opportunities.
