Base Salary
$142k - $199k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop feature-rich native iOS, tvOS, and visionOS applications for iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, and Apple Vision Pro.
- Own and deliver substantial application features across the full development lifecycle.
- Write clear, well-tested, performant, and sustainable code and collaborate on well-architected solutions.
- Integrate applications with backend systems, web services, and third-party software.
- Manage production issues and solve novel technical problems.
- Guide an agile team by delegating responsibilities, balancing priorities, and serving as a key feature contact.
- Mentor associate, mid-level, and senior engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
- Identify opportunities to improve team processes and develop collaboration systems.
- Compose and present implementable solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of Swift, Apple frameworks, and the Xcode ecosystem.
- Experience leading a team, delegating responsibilities, and balancing competing priorities.
- Experience integrating with backend systems, web services, and third-party software.
- High standards for code quality and application quality.
- Experience mentoring others and a growth mindset toward learning and feedback.
- Experience presenting thoughtful, implementable solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- AVPlayer and video playback experience is strongly preferred.
