Base Salary
$255k - $325k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow robotics data collection labs, owning hardware sourcing, setup, software integration, and operational deployment.
- Develop robot control interfaces for varied robotic morphologies, environments, and tasks.
- Build automation tools and machinery to support evaluation of advanced robotic policies.
- Lead data collection, visualization, and quality-control processes.
- Collaborate with software, hardware, research, mechanical, electrical, and operations teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience developing and shipping production-quality systems in robotics or hardware-integrated environments.
- Extensive experience integrating and deploying industrial automation systems, off-the-shelf robotics platforms, or custom hardware into production environments.
- Hands-on experience delivering production-quality software in collaborative, cross-functional engineering teams.
- Strong proficiency in Rust or C++.
