Base Salary
$260k - $288k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Cloud SCM architecture ideation and establish design direction.
- Design, configure, implement, and enhance solutions within Oracle Fusion SCM.
- Own solution design across core supply chain processes.
- Serve as the Oracle subject matter expert for engineers building custom applications.
- Drive integration and data architecture for external partners.
- Translate business requirements into functional solutions and technical designs.
- Support data migration, testing, deployment readiness, and production support.
- Prepare key documentation including business requirements and user guides.
- Partner with business and technical teams to influence decisions and deliver outcomes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain systems and enterprise applications.
- Deep hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing solutions using Oracle capabilities.
- Strong domain expertise in planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics.
- Proven ability to act as a senior Oracle design authority.
- Experience with external supply chain partners.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Track record of delivering high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
- Experience in fast-growing, global companies with complex operational needs.
