Responsibilities
- Lead development of core consumer-facing H5 and PC products, implementing interaction designs and ensuring smooth functionality and user experience.
- Drive frontend performance optimization across page-load speed and runtime performance.
- Design responsive multi-device solutions and resolve adaptation and browser compatibility issues.
- Develop technical solutions for complex Next.js modules, establish development standards, and improve team efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on product launches and troubleshoot production issues.
- Configure and maintain clean-code tooling including ESLint and Prettier.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- At least 3 years of web frontend experience using the React technology stack.
- Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3 responsive design, browser rendering mechanisms, and performance optimization techniques.
- Strong command of ES6+ and in-depth understanding of Next.js principles and core features, including SSR and SSG.
- Ability to build scalable architectures on Next.js.
- Familiarity with Webpack and CI/CD pipelines.
- Product thinking, cross-team collaboration skills, and commitment to clean, readable, loosely coupled code.
- Experience with products serving millions of users is preferred.
