Responsibilities
- Support Solution Architects with customer engagements, technical discussions, and enterprise solution design in Indonesia.
- Gather customer requirements and analyze business needs and technical challenges.
- Prepare solution proposals, architecture diagrams, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Assist with proof-of-concept setup, testing, validation, and documentation.
- Research cloud computing, AI, big data, and industry-specific solution trends.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams on customer success and solution delivery.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related technical discipline.
- Available for a minimum six-month full-time internship.
- Basic understanding of cloud computing, including IaaS, PaaS, virtualization, networking, and storage technologies.
- Familiarity with Linux, databases, container technologies, Tencent Cloud, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Alibaba Cloud is advantageous.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
