Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications for business processes and application requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team to deliver solutions.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Lead process improvements to enhance team productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members and provide professional guidance.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align software development with business objectives.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- Proficiency in Java full-stack development.
- Experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of back-end development, server-side programming, and database management.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
