Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain a reusable, testable, high-performance platform supporting multiple lending business lines.
- Build Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs and implement robust data access layers.
- Apply code review, automated testing, and software development lifecycle best practices.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions and participate in Agile ceremonies.
- Ensure quality, security, and compliance standards across development activities.
- Drive technical initiatives independently and provide technical advice.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience building Java 11+ services with Spring Boot and secured RESTful microservices.
- Strong expertise with relational or document databases such as SQL, MongoDB, or ES.
- Hands-on experience with AI developer productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot, Amp, or similar.
- Excellent and fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
