Responsibilities
- Partner with diverse business stakeholders to identify problems and deliver rapid, impactful data and AI solutions.
- Build full-stack solutions spanning backend development, frontend development, data pipelines, AI tools, Python, and React.
- Design, build, and deploy production AI solutions that accelerate workflows for non-technical stakeholders.
- Communicate technical concepts in non-technical language, manage expectations, and provide stakeholder updates.
- Use Gemini, Cortex Code, Genie Code, and related AI tools to accelerate solution delivery.
- Establish architecture frameworks, author operational playbooks, and draft technical guidelines.
- Contribute modular implementations as reusable internal marketplace assets and align solutions with the engineering roadmap.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of software engineering experience.
- Experience working with customers or business stakeholders and communicating across technical levels.
- Experience with Python and data pipelining such as ETL.
- Experience with Snowflake or Databricks; experience with either platform is sufficient.
- Ideally, experience with Genie Code or Cortex Code, Notebooks, and Streamlit.
- Ability to rapidly understand ambiguous problem spaces, develop solutions, and deliver customer impact.
- Strong product instincts, empathy, adaptability, creativity, and customer focus.
- Ability to establish system frameworks, create operational playbooks, and develop reusable modular architectures.
