Responsibilities
- Learn the team’s processes, workflows, systems, and engineering tools.
- Collaborate with engineers and partners to define project requirements and goals.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy a software, automation, or AI-driven solution.
- Integrate and analyze data from multiple systems and engineering tools to improve workflows.
- Document solutions and recommendations for future enhancements.
- Present project results, insights, and progress to engineering leadership.
- Manage a project that improves team productivity and customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or advanced degree from an accredited college or university.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Preferred fields include Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Preferred experience includes Python, C, or C++ software development; APIs, SDKs, databases, and engineering-tool integrations; data analysis; debugging; and troubleshooting.
- Preferred familiarity with GitHub, source control, AI, generative AI, machine learning, agentic systems, or large language models.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Must be located within 50 miles of Mayfield Heights, Ohio and graduating December 2027 or later.
