Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy NLP- and LLM-based solutions.
- Translate research papers and experimental models into production-ready systems.
- Architect and implement scalable ML pipelines with strong performance and reliability.
- Integrate ML models into Hudhud’s platforms in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
- Conduct experiments, evaluate models, and optimize accuracy, efficiency, and cost.
- Stay current with NLP, LLM, and generative AI developments.
- Guide junior engineers and contribute to building the AI team.
Requirements
- MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in ML/NLP, including at least 3 years working with LLMs.
- Strong knowledge of NLP techniques, including transformers, embeddings, and sequence models.
- Hands-on LLM experience with fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
- Practical experience with LangChain and/or Haystack.
- Understanding of ML system design and production deployment.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
- Experience with distributed systems, APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and containerization.
- Preferred experience with Arabic NLP or multilingual LLMs.
