Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems for Databricks workspaces.
- Optimize performance and reliability of systems handling massive data operations.

- Debug and optimize low-level systems on large production clusters.
- Introduce automation tools for better service operability.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in building large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures.
- Experience in driving initiatives towards customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work towards a multi-year vision with incremental deliverables.
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
