Responsibilities
- Design and develop BI reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions using Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, QlikView, or similar tools.
- Develop optimized SQL queries, data models, and reporting solutions across data warehouse, data lake, SQL, and NoSQL environments.
- Troubleshoot reporting issues, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement scalable solutions.
- Create and execute functional and end-to-end test cases to ensure solution quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with Product, R&D, QA, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams on business-critical solutions.
- Contribute to automation, DevOps, cloud deployments, continuous delivery, knowledge sharing, and engineering best practices.
- Explore and leverage AI tools and AI agents to automate tasks and improve engineering productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–11 years of experience in BI, software, or data engineering.
- Strong expertise in BI, SQL, data modeling, ETL, and databases.
- Experience with data warehouses, data lakes, and SQL/NoSQL environments.
- Exposure to cloud, DevOps, automation, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience using AI tools or agents and strong problem-solving and Agile collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience includes AWS, Azure, or GCP; Snowflake; multi-tenant architecture; performance optimization; and contact center or unified communications domains.
- Preferred knowledge includes microservices and cloud-native technologies.
