Responsibilities
- Build a next-generation Model-as-a-Service platform serving hundreds of LLM-based applications.
- Develop and maintain platform capabilities for offline training and fine-tuning, online inference, and model management.
- Manage large numbers of GPU resources and provide computing power efficiently.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Software development experience in at least one of C++, Python, or Go.
- Strong software programming capabilities, including good code design and coding style.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Preferred experience includes NLP and LLM technologies, large-language-model alignment, and ModelOps or model and fine-tuning workflow management.
- Contributions to top-tier conference papers such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ICCV, ACL, or KDD are a plus.
