Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Interpret stakeholder requirements, verify assumptions, participate in system design, estimate work, and contribute to technical documentation.
- Develop, debug, review, test, maintain, and support software components while deploying fixes during on-call rotations.
- Design and tune multi-agent LLM workflows using orchestration frameworks, ReAct loops, supervisor agents, tool calling, memory architectures, and feedback mechanisms.
- Build MCP tool servers, RAG pipelines, confidence-scoring systems, agent audit trails, and integrations with enterprise LLM inference gateways.
- Develop Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs in Java, and integrate them with upstream data sources and downstream consumers.
- Create end-to-end and integration tests for AI components, including prompt regression suites, tool-call mocks, output validators, and determinism gates.
- Author Helm charts and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for deploying containerized AI services to Kubernetes/OpenShift across multi-region on-premise environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, incorporate feedback, mentor junior engineers, and improve product availability, reliability, observability, efficiency, and performance.
Requirements
- At least two years of work experience with a bachelor's degree or advanced degree.
- Preferred experience includes three or more years with a bachelor's degree, more than two years with an advanced degree, or five or more years of relevant work experience.
- At least two years of experience developing or implementing web-based or mobile applications and working with relevant technologies or software systems.
- At least one year of experience building and testing enterprise-scale web services and working on client-facing project or technical teams.
- Experience developing Java backend services, preferably with Java 17 or later and especially Java 21, plus REST APIs, Spring Boot, and JPA/ORM-based data access.
- Experience with system design, debugging, code reviews, test planning, support requests, software developer tools, and deploying fixes.
- Hands-on experience building multi-agent AI systems with LangGraph, LangChain, LangGraph4j, or LangChain4j, including graph construction, conditional routing, and state schemas.
- Experience with ReAct prompting, MCP, prompt engineering, structured outputs, RAG pipelines, embedding models, vector database querying, and retrieval tuning.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and pgvector, LLM observability, AI audit logging, AOP in Spring Boot, and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or equivalent.
- Experience deploying containerized workloads with Kubernetes or OpenShift, including Helm charts, rolling deployments, and health probes.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
