Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build responsive and performant web applications that make complex AI-driven healthcare data accessible and usable.
- Collaborate with design, product, backend, and ML engineers to bring concepts into production.
- Create reusable frontend components and scalable frontend infrastructure.
- Improve interaction design, accessibility, performance, and overall user experience.
- Shape the look, feel, and usability of Collate’s products at an early stage.
- Integrate APIs and models into information-rich interfaces.
- Own testing, production releases, and monitoring of the software lifecycle.
Requirements
- Strong experience building modern web applications with React, TypeScript, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with Next.js and Tailwind CSS is a plus.
- Care deeply about design, usability, accessibility, and frontend product quality.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, intuitive user experiences.
- Comfort working across the stack while maintaining a focus on frontend engineering.
- Track record of shipping high-quality features quickly while maintaining technical rigor in complex systems.
- Motivation to work in an early-stage startup and help shape product and culture.
