Base Salary
$168k - $198k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify high-leverage opportunities for AI and automation across GTM workflows.
- Design, build, and maintain AI-driven workflows and agents using various tools and coding.
- Develop and maintain internal-facing web applications.
- Collaborate with Sales and Post Sales leadership to create custom AI solutions.
- Ensure GTM systems and AI workflows are reliable and easy to adopt.
- Evaluate and implement new GTM and AI technologies with a build vs. buy perspective.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business systems, GTM engineering, or data/analytics engineering.
- Strong knowledge of AI and automation applications in business systems.
- Prior software engineering experience and proficiency with Salesforce.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with modern data stack tools like Snowflake and dbt.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proactive and curious mindset about leveraging AI and automation in GTM.
