Base Salary

$120k - $170k/yr

Responsibilities

Direct AI agents to build, test, review, and deploy full-stack features across SoLo Score, SoLo Wallet, SoLo Marketplace, Borrow, and Lend.
Own architecture, code quality, reliability, security, performance, and maintainability from the UI through APIs, services, and data layers.
Design agent workflows, prompts, guardrails, evaluation standards, CI checks, and review gates for production code.
Translate ambiguous product requirements into executable tasks, verify agent output, and integrate the results.
Monitor application health, performance, and incidents, taking the lead when human judgment is required.
Partner with product and design to ship quickly while maintaining quality.

Strong full-stack fundamentals across frontend technologies such as React, backend APIs and services, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
Hands-on production experience directing AI coding agents or LLM-based workflows.
Solid understanding of testing, code review, security, and deployment best practices.
Sound judgment about when to let agents operate autonomously and when to write code directly.
Comfort working with high autonomy and owning outcomes end to end.
Preferred: experience in fintech, lending, or payments.
Preferred: mobile development experience with React Native or native iOS or Android.
Preferred: experience building CI/CD, observability, or evaluation systems for code or agent pipelines.
