Responsibilities
- Define, develop, and deliver algorithms and software for target detection and tracking, deep learning, machine learning, autonomous systems, computer vision, signal analysis, and brain-computer interfaces.
- Lead development and implementation of advanced algorithms on PC, GPU, and system-on-chip architectures.
- Design, architect, and implement software across advanced research, mobile application, and platform technology projects.
- Collaborate with colleagues on government and commercial research and development projects.
- Travel occasionally, at less than 5% of working time.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience.
- Required experience with C++, Docker, CMake, and software development under Linux.
- Knowledge of computer architecture, including GPU, FPGA, and distributed computing, operating systems, networking, storage systems, Unix/Linux, and MATLAB is preferred or beneficial.
- Coursework in software development and computer architecture is required; coursework in algorithms is strongly desired.
- Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Current SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain a security clearance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and writing skills.
