Responsibilities

Drive complex projects from pilot/Proof of Concept (PoC) to full implementation.
Provide cutting-edge technical solutions and shape architectural best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development.
Deliver technical training and workshops to empower customers and partners.
Develop precise technical documentation and resolve complex technical issues.

Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within Conversational AI, SaaS, or enterprise software industries.
Proven experience with Cognigy or equivalent Conversational AI platforms.
Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
Strong capability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Proficient in JavaScript and Python; experience with back-end integrations.
Experience in front-end design using HTML and CSS.
Experience in back-end development for server-side applications and data manipulation.
