Responsibilities
- Develop, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in critical business applications.
- Analyze system performance and use monitoring tools to identify issues.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of application support processes.
- Document and communicate technical issues and resolutions to teams and stakeholders.
- Work independently, become a subject matter expert, and participate actively in team discussions.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 3 years of experience with Amazon Connect is required.
- Proficiency in Amazon Connect is required.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based communication systems and their integration is required.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving software application issues is required.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance analysis is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment is required.
