Responsibilities
- Build a new scalable banking platform serving customers across Europe.
- Translate business challenges into technical solutions and implement well-architected, testable, and documented code.
- Design and implement interfaces connecting the platform with major financial-industry partners.
- Develop loosely coupled, scalable, event-based asynchronous architectures and RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and other stakeholders in self-sufficient teams.
Requirements
- Relevant university degree in computer science, engineering, sciences, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience with Kotlin, Docker, Spring Boot, cloud infrastructure, and event-based asynchronous architectures.
- Strong knowledge of designing and implementing loosely coupled, scalable architectures and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with modern software development processes, continuous integration and deployment, test automation, and well-architected code.
- Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills for technical and product audiences.
- AWS, Terraform, Python, GraphQL, and financial-services experience are strong pluses.
