Responsibilities

Architect, scale, and maintain core on-premise AI Gateway solutions and supporting backend services.
Act as the primary technical lead for regional incident response and perform root cause analyses.
Optimize monitoring, logging, and alerting across cloud and on-prem deployments to meet SLAs.
Collaborate with global engineering, product, and support teams to create scalable software solutions.
Drive engineering excellence by establishing best practices in reliability, security, and system design.

8+ years in software engineering/SRE, with 5+ years focusing on cloud technologies and distributed systems.
Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, operating system fundamentals, and software design principles.
Deep, hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes, specifically in debugging workloads and networking.
Strong proficiency in Golang or Python.
Deep understanding of proxy/gateway networking concepts like DNS, TCP/IP, and HTTP/S.
Expertise in microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
Proven experience working in geographically distributed engineering teams.
Exceptional verbal and written English skills for technical collaboration.
