Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and scale features for membership benefits and engagement.
- Build and iterate on APIs and UI components for Chime's mobile app.
- Collaborate with product, design, and data science teams to define experiments and solutions.
- Apply a metrics-driven mindset to prioritize efforts based on member impact.
Requirements
- 2+ years of software development experience in a production environment.
- Proven experience with Ruby on Rails or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with modern front-end technologies like React or TypeScript.
- Strong product mindset with a focus on experimentation and measuring impact.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working cross-functionally.
- Experience with transactional databases, caching systems, and API design.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and work across the stack.
