Base Salary
$175k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and shape the firm’s internal generative and agentic AI platform and associated tooling.
- Develop UI and backend integrations, API designs, performance improvements, and system observability capabilities.
- Contribute to architectural improvements, shared components, and implementation consistency across cross-functional teams.
- Partner with product teams and business stakeholders to define features and build high-impact UI solutions for AI applications.
- Identify development lifecycle gaps and improve code quality, engineering best practices, the core platform, and developer workflows.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in front-end or full stack engineering.
- Expertise in React, HTML, CSS, and modern web development toolkits.
- Production experience with Python-based backends.
- Experience with REST APIs, WebSockets, event-driven architectures, and relational and NoSQL databases.
- Strong product and user-experience sensibility and a methodical approach to complex problem-solving.
- Preferred: experience with agentic AI applications, harnesses, MCP servers, workflows, AWS cloud services, Kubernetes deployments, GitHub Actions, design systems, React micro-frontends, modular UI patterns, and Datadog.
- Preferred: excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
