Base Salary
$91k - $125k/yr
Responsibilities
- Act as the dedicated technical lead and advocate for strategic enterprise customers.
- Resolve complex cloud issues and Microsoft Azure integrations.
- Architect and develop performance telemetry dashboards using web development tools.
- Collaborate with cloud engineering and solutions architecture teams to advance customer issues through the development lifecycle.
- Provide guidance on database customizations and operational best practices.
- Manage high-priority support cases and ensure enterprise-level service continuity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical support or customer success within enterprise software environments.
- Deep proficiency in cloud environments, specifically Microsoft Azure Cloud and integration technologies.
- Expert troubleshooting skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining relationships with enterprise stakeholders.
- Understanding of enterprise software systems and cloud-based architecture.
- Preferred experience with Trimble CMS Vista ERP, Spectrum ERP, or similar construction accounting and project management software.
- Preferred proficiency in HTML, JSON, and CSS for custom data visualizations.
- Preferred familiarity with database performance tuning and CRM ticketing systems.
