Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software with customer-facing impact.
Follow best practices for software development and participate in code reviews.
Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
Contribute to the development of the next generation Kafka by innovating in distributed system design.

Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Math, or a related technical field with a graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027.
Self-motivated and able to drive projects with mentorship.
Ability to work effectively in teams with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good knowledge of data structures and algorithms, proficient in at least one programming language such as Java, Scala, C, C++, or Go.
Driven and excited about challenges in a fast-paced software development environment.
Interest in building large-scale distributed systems in the cloud.
