Responsibilities
- Execute structured frontend testing of product features, user journeys, AI integrations, and automated business processes.
- Collaborate with developers, Business Analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, document test cases, identify quality risks, and support UAT cycles.
- Design, execute, and maintain frontend test cases using low-code automation tools such as Appian and UiPath.
- Monitor, report, and track defects in Jira with clear visual evidence and reproduction steps.
- Participate in sprint planning and review meetings and help improve frontend test coverage.
Requirements
- Demonstrated interest in user experience, UI workflows, software reliability, and frontend quality.
- Familiarity with core testing concepts, including manual testing and test automation, and eagerness to learn low-code platforms.
- A strong analytical and methodical approach to testing boundary conditions, non-numeric edge cases, and unexpected UI behavior.
- Clear written and verbal communication and the ability to document technical issues with concrete examples.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred but not required.
