Base Salary
$159k - $324k/yr
Responsibilities
- Independently design quality architecture for new microservices and machine learning pipelines.
- Decompose complex problems into simple, straightforward solutions.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge in performance, scalability, and engineering best practices.
- Mentor individuals and the community on advanced technical issues.
- Exert technical influence over multiple teams to enhance productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, including Java.
- 7+ years of experience leading large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of backend scalable software architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience with full-stack, high-scale production systems with fault-tolerance.
