Responsibilities
- Analyze client needs and propose suitable technical solutions.
- Estimate workloads, plan projects, and monitor execution.
- Mentor and guide development teams on engineering best practices and technologies.
- Facilitate technical decisions and ensure deliverable quality.
- Design and develop Angular and Java software using Spring and Spring Boot.
- Design RESTful APIs and efficient software architectures for large systems.
- Develop workflow solutions using Camunda and contribute to orchestration initiatives.
- Support quality assurance through peer reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
- Manage releases, source control, documentation, and go-live activities.
- Identify and resolve complex technical and business problems.
- Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across teams and locations.
- Lead agile teams and promote continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience with Angular and Java software engineering in large systems.
- Experience with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
- Experience with continuous integration tools and practices, including Git and GitLab CI.
- Understanding of infrastructure and containerized environments, especially Kubernetes.
- Experience with orchestration and workflow solutions using Camunda is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of Business Process Management Notation (BPMN) is preferred.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs within a microservices architecture; TMForum experience is a plus.
- Experience with quality assurance, peer reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
- Experience with release management, source control, documentation, and go-live activities.
- Experience designing secure and efficient software architectures and producing high-quality code.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- English proficiency is required; French proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to lead agile teams, manage changing priorities, and motivate development teams.
