Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives to understand enterprise requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Advise enterprise customers throughout Claude discovery, evaluation, adoption, and deployment.
- Support customers building with the Claude API and Claude for Work.
- Create and deliver technical deep dives and business-value presentations for engineering, IT, and executive audiences.
- Guide scalable cloud architecture and enterprise-system integration decisions.
- Help customers develop evaluation frameworks for their use cases.
- Share common integration patterns and customer insights with Product and Engineering teams.
- Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops, technical deep dives, and relationship building.
- Maintain knowledge of LLM capabilities and implementation patterns.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and technical translation skills across executive, engineering, and IT audiences.
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems.
- Comfort with Python.
- Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools or a background in machine learning or data science.
- Ability to collaborate across organizations, navigate trade-offs, and balance competing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in a relevant field demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience.
