Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to support project delivery.
- Define requirements and design application solutions aligned with business processes.
- Perform maintenance and configuration for Kronos/UKG Pro WFM modules, including accruals and timekeeping.
- Configure Pro WFM business structures, labor categories, tiles, display profiles, and related functionality.
- Support functional, integration, UAT, automated, and manual testing on the UKG platform.
- Assist customers with testing, solution understanding, and system handover.
- Support reporting and integrations, including SQL reporting, WIM integrations, BIRT reports, data views, CRT tables, and Boomi.
- Mentor junior team members and complete assigned tasks with minimal direction.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience is required.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in the Pro WFM domain is required, with at least 1 year of Pro WFM experience stated.
- Strong Kronos functional expertise in timekeeping, accruals, and basic scheduling.
- Knowledge of Business Structure Setup, Labor Category Setup, Tiles Setup, and Display Profiles Setup in Pro WFM.
- Practical experience, exposure, and knowledge of Boomi; WIM experience alone is not sufficient.
- Experience supporting functional testing, integration testing, UAT, test automation, or manual testing is preferred.
- SQL reporting and WIM integration experience are advantageous.
- Knowledge of Data Views Setup, custom BIRT reports, and CRT tables and integrations is advantageous.
- Strong collaboration, communication, analytical problem-solving, and independent working skills.
- Ability to mentor junior members and work in an information systems environment.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
