Responsibilities

  • Support designated department management and staff with assigned tasks under direct or general supervision.
  • Assist with departmental projects, reports, operational functions, and administrative activities.
  • Support or partner with multiple business functions, areas, and departments.
  • Participate in assigned projects and tasks while building an understanding of the supported businesses and customers.
  • Answer and direct incoming internal and external calls as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • Currently enrolled in a four-year college program and preferably graduating in May 2028.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • No work experience required.
  • Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, and/or Jira preferred.
  • Interest in AI and Machine Learning preferred.
  • GPA of 3.2 or higher preferred.
  • Strong computer, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, plus demonstrated leadership, attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
