Responsibilities
- Support designated department management and staff with assigned tasks under direct or general supervision.
- Assist with departmental projects, reports, operational functions, and administrative activities.
- Support or partner with multiple business functions, areas, and departments.
- Participate in assigned projects and tasks while building an understanding of the supported businesses and customers.
- Answer and direct incoming internal and external calls as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- Currently enrolled in a four-year college program and preferably graduating in May 2028.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- No work experience required.
- Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, and/or Jira preferred.
- Interest in AI and Machine Learning preferred.
- GPA of 3.2 or higher preferred.
- Strong computer, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, plus demonstrated leadership, attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
