Base Salary
$134k - $313k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, create, test, refine, and implement software solutions that improve overall system functionality.
- Deliver long-term outcomes autonomously as a company-level technical expert.
- Address technical debt and engineering-excellence gaps while identifying technology risks and mitigation strategies.
- Apply advanced system design, software development, performance tuning, and optimization expertise.
- Guide, mentor, and provide functional supervision to colleagues on techniques and processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional partners and support aligned team priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline with at least 10 years of related experience, or a master’s degree with 8 years of related experience, or equivalent training and/or work experience.
- Mastery-level system design and object-oriented development experience.
- Mastery-level experience with cloud technologies.
- Strong experience with data storage technologies, performance tuning and optimization, DevOps and CI/CD technologies, test automation and unit testing, and software security.
- Strong computer science fundamentals, including algorithm design, problem solving, complexity analysis, and data structures.
