Responsibilities
- Develop, administer, troubleshoot, and support Power Platform solutions and processes.
- Work with stakeholders to define solution scope, project vision, system designs, and functional specifications.
- Build Power Platform solutions using best practices, including Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
- Verify data sources and data integrity and identify modifications needed in existing applications.
- Coordinate with internal and external resources, participate in status meetings, and communicate initiative progress.
- Provide guidance on application-making standards and procedures and participate in Power Apps and Power Automate governance.
- Monitor emerging Power Platform technologies and identify opportunities for Magna Global IT Solutions.
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree in computer science or a related field, or a combination of related experience and education.
- Basic technical experience with web development, databases, reporting, and user support.
- Understanding of Power Apps Canvas and Model-driven development methods.
- Understanding of Power Automate approval and data-transformation flows, including out-of-the-box and custom connectors.
- Experience with SharePoint Online development and knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and OData.
- Power BI integration experience and knowledge of compiled programming languages such as .NET and C# are desired.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, deadline-management, flexibility, and teamwork abilities.
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
