Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and support Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Apex classes, APIs, and platform automation.
- Build and maintain full-stack features using HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, and Java.
- Implement and optimize Salesforce and integrated-system data models, schemas, relationships, and data flows.
- Develop integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, MuleSoft flows, and external system mappings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in requirements activities, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Produce technical documentation, diagrams, and release notes.
- Communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Follow government cybersecurity, data governance, and secure development standards.
- Provide periodic on-site support or customer engagement, requiring approximately 5% travel.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field such as computer science, information systems, or engineering.
- At least two years of full-stack development experience with HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, and Java.
- At least two years of software development experience using scripting or object-oriented languages.
- Working knowledge of database design, including schemas, tables, relationships, and data flow.
- Experience integrating into existing complex systems.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, critical-thinking, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Two or more years of Salesforce development experience is desired.
- Salesforce Developer certifications, including Platform Developer I or II, are strongly preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce architecture, Lightning Web Components, MuleSoft, enterprise integrations, third-party integrations, APIs, and version control systems is preferred.
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a U.S. government Secret security clearance are required.
