Base Salary
$114k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead applications systems analysis and programming activities for new or revised application systems.
- Partner with management teams to integrate functions, define system enhancements, and deploy products and process improvements.
- Analyze complex business and system processes and resolve high-impact problems and projects.
- Design and develop full-stack applications across UI, middleware, APIs, and database layers.
- Develop and integrate Oracle ERP applications, including customization and on-premises Oracle EBS integrations.
- Establish standards for coding, testing, debugging, implementation, and application architecture.
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications and backend services.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and implement authentication and authorization solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts.
- Allocate work as necessary, assess business and technology risks, and ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
- Use AI-enabled development and productivity tools with professional judgment to improve code quality, reliability, and engineering workflows.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in application development or systems analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Advanced experience in software application programming and systems analysis.
- Strong expertise in Angular, Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, and Oracle PL/SQL.
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs, backend services, authentication and authorization solutions, and enterprise integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP development, customization, and integrations.
- Strong understanding of full-stack application architecture, frontend and backend design patterns, database design, SQL optimization, and stored procedures.
- Experience building scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications using Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
- Experience with source control tools such as Git.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects, with demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
- Subject matter expertise in at least one area of applications development.
- Ability to adjust priorities quickly and communicate clearly and concisely in writing and verbally.
