Base Salary
$125k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Improve developer platform capabilities and delivery speed from design through rollout, enablement, and measurement.
- Build agentic coding and code-review workflows using LLMs, including assistants that analyze code, generate changes, and automate repetitive tasks safely.
- Create prompt libraries, instructions, service manuals, self-service software templates, CLI enhancements, and bootstrap flows.
- Evolve CI/CD systems to improve speed, observability, adoption, and team-level delivery insights.
- Improve Kubernetes resiliency, rollout strategies, priority classes, Helm practices, deployment workflows, and infrastructure as code.
- Contribute to incident response playbooks, maintenance modes, recovery patterns, and platform reliability and security.
- Produce documentation, runbooks, technical blogs, and developer enablement materials.
- Collaborate through pairing and code reviews while communicating blockers, delays, scope changes, and expectations clearly.
Requirements
- Track record of building platform capabilities with measurable outcomes in developer velocity, reliability, or quality.
- Experience with CI/CD systems and reusable pipeline components, Kubernetes, Helm, GitOps, infrastructure as code, or AI engineering workflows.
- Experience with prompt design, multi-agent orchestration, safety and guardrails, and integrating LLMs into code and review workflows.
- Proficiency in at least two platform programming languages such as Python, TypeScript/Node.js, and Bash.
- Strong security and reliability practices involving secrets, least privilege, dependency hygiene, and runtime hardening.
- Effective written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bonus: experience building agentic developer assistants, CDN and edge controls, observability, performance baselining, gRPC service enablement, runtime configuration, or commercial LLM providers such as Anthropic.
