Base Salary
$125k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work on initiatives to improve developer experience and delivery speed.
- Build and scale AI-powered developer tooling for coding and review workflows.
- Contribute to the evolution of the CI/CD platform for better performance.
- Strengthen platform reliability and security in Kubernetes.
- Create self-service software templates and clear documentation.
- Collaborate with teammates on complex changes and ensure clear communication.
Requirements
- Proven track record in building platform capabilities that enhance developer velocity.
- Experience with CI/CD systems, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code.
- Proficiency in at least two programming languages relevant to platform work.
- Strong instincts for security and reliability in software development.
- Effective communication skills tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
