Responsibilities
- Develop, code, and enhance custom software solutions and application components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across critical business systems and applications.
- Monitor application performance and contribute to performance tuning.
- Participate in incident management and apply troubleshooting methodologies.
- Assist with developing and implementing support processes to improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to team discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Align generative and agentic AI capabilities with business objectives while considering scalability and responsible use.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Google Cloud Development Services.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and services.
- Experience with application monitoring and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with incident management and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
- Understanding of generative AI, agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
