Responsibilities
- Lead large multifunctional software development activities and provide input to management.
- Finalize detailed software designs for highly resilient and scalable applications with other technical personnel.
- Write complex code and contribute to the design and delivery of full-stack applications.
- Mentor software developers on development methodologies and optimization techniques.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for external technology resources and the acknowledged technical point of contact for coding issues.
- Lead teams in researching, coordinating, and resolving complex project issues.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to define technical solutions and contribute to estimation.
- Occasionally participate in technical workshops and brainstorming sessions with customers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, and Angular.
- Deep knowledge of architectural principles and frontend-backend integration.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and microservices.
- Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, and cloud data lakes, Big Data, or LakeHouse systems.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and services in Azure, AWS, or another cloud provider.
- Experience leading teams and driving technical excellence.
- Expertise partnering with and leading internal and external technology resources to solve complex business needs.
- Proven track record designing and delivering full-stack applications.
- Experience leading teams through the identification, research, and coordination of resources needed to troubleshoot and diagnose complex project issues.
- Experience with AI technologies is a strong plus.
