Responsibilities
- Own and deliver features end-to-end from business requirements through production deployment
- Build user interfaces, design APIs, and architect backend services across the full stack
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, implementation, testing, and software delivery
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform complex debugging, and work in unfamiliar codebases
- Make autonomous technical decisions and own outcomes
- Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders to solve user problems
- Contribute to architectural decisions and engineering best practices
Requirements
- At least 6 years of software engineering experience across the full stack
- Fluency with AI coding tools and experience using them throughout the development lifecycle
- Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and make technical decisions
- Product-focused approach to solving business problems
- Outstanding communication skills for explaining complex concepts and providing actionable updates
- Builder mentality focused on shipping and iterating working software
- Tenacity when tackling difficult problems
- Track record of winning in multiple areas of life
- Bonus: experience with financial services, trading systems, or wealth management platforms
- Bonus: background in high-availability system design and real-time data processing
