Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and solutions to implement stakeholder requirements.
- Design, modify, develop, write, and implement software programming applications using agile methods.
- Work with ServiceNow core ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, custom applications, and development methods.
- Acquire client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation optimization.
- Analyze solution needs, architecture, operating environments, and future functionality or enhancements.
- Craft architectural patterns, design standards, and implementation best practices for clients.
- Support management of low-code development platforms from vision through production-ready delivery.
- Add capabilities and make software changes in large enterprise and government environments.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications using agile methods.
- At least 5 years of ServiceNow development experience, including core ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, custom apps, and development methods.
- Experience acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization.
- Experience working in large enterprise environments, including government environments.
- Secret clearance and eligibility for access to classified information.
- Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science field.
- Preferred experience with ServiceNow HRSD, SAM, HAM, IT Financial Management, scripted Web services, CMDB, asset integrations, custom Workspaces, and Platform Analytics dashboards.
- Preferred ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification or other certifications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are preferred.
