Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities to apply AI.
  • Design and develop AI and Generative AI applications for enterprise contexts.
  • Implement solutions based on LLMs, RAG, and AI agents.
  • Develop ingestion and processing pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
  • Integrate AI services into enterprise applications.
  • Design prompts, orchestrations, and agentic workflows.
  • Validate the accuracy, quality, and security of generated outputs.
  • Expose and consume tools and data through MCP.
  • Implement monitoring and observability mechanisms for AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, and Solution Architects on delivery activities.
  • Apply Responsible AI, security, governance, and compliance principles.
  • Interact directly with business and IT stakeholders, support requirements gathering, and contribute to solution definition, proposals, demos, PoCs, and internal accelerators.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in AI Engineering, Software Engineering, or Data & AI.
  • Bachelor-level degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related discipline.
  • Practical experience on enterprise Generative AI projects involving copilots, chatbots, agentic AI, or intelligent automation.
  • Technical proficiency in Python.
  • Knowledge of LLMs, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
  • Experience with at least one orchestration framework, such as LangGraph, LangChain, or an equivalent.
  • Experience building agentic workflows, AI agents, and RAG pipelines.
  • Knowledge of MCP, tool calling, and integration with enterprise systems.
  • Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry or equivalent cloud AI platforms.
  • Knowledge of MLOps or LLMOps principles and AI application monitoring.
