Responsibilities
- Own technical configuration, data mapping, integration, and delivery through production.
- Partner with MIS when the BEES Connector is in scope.
- Drive engineering capabilities into MIS tooling and go-live readiness.
- Activate BEES product features for partners and provide runbooks and monitoring.
- Automate manual steps that would otherwise remain with TCS after Hypercare.
- Work with partner IT teams to deliver production-ready integrations and reduce post-go-live severity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of platform, integration, or implementation engineering experience with production-delivered work rather than only proofs of concept.
- Working knowledge of APIs, data mapping, middleware, and enterprise integration.
- Experience writing runbooks and establishing monitoring.
- Ability to work with partner IT teams and MIS on connector scope.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Spanish is preferred.
- Experience with BEES Connector, ERP/WMS integration, or distributor systems is desirable.
- Python or SQL skills sufficient to own mappings and challenge bad data are desirable.
- Experience reducing post-go-live severity through tooling is desirable.
