Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure for PepsiConnect applications and services.
- Manage Azure DevOps and Git-based source code repositories, branching strategies, access controls, and release processes.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for secure and automated application and infrastructure deployments.
- Deploy, administer, and support AKS clusters across development, testing, and production environments.
- Implement and manage GitOps deployments using ArgoCD.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
- Monitor platform health, performance, and availability using cloud-native monitoring and logging tools.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and platform issues and support incident management and root cause analysis.
- Drive cloud governance, security compliance, vulnerability remediation, operational standards, and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with development, architecture, security, and operations teams on application delivery and platform modernization.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment standards, and operational procedures.
- Promote automation, DevOps best practices, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure Operations, or Platform Engineering.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- 2+ years of experience managing and supporting Azure Kubernetes Service.
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps, Git repositories, branching strategies, and release management.
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments.
- Hands-on experience with ArgoCD and GitOps deployment methodologies.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep.
- Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure networking, Application Gateway, Key Vault, monitoring services, cloud security, governance, compliance, and cloud cost optimization.
- Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and Site Reliability Engineering practices is preferred.
- Relevant Azure, Kubernetes, or DevOps certifications are a plus.
