Responsibilities
- Analyze and preprocess large-scale datasets using big data and distributed computing technologies.
- Evaluate and select machine learning algorithms based on project requirements and constraints.
- Design and build models for player behavior prediction, personalized recommendations, and dynamic content generation.
- Develop scalable machine learning pipelines for high-volume data processing.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to integrate ML solutions into products and services.
- Deploy, monitor, maintain, and continuously improve machine learning models in production.
- Implement best practices for production ML deployment and monitoring.
- Stay current with AI and ML advancements and contribute to new solutions.
Requirements
- Preferably a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum four years of relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, PySpark, machine learning libraries, and classification, clustering, and regression algorithms.
- Experience with GenAI, personalized customer suggestions or recommender systems, and the ML lifecycle.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and MLOps.
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, and Azure cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
- Ability to translate complex business problems into scalable ML solutions and collaborate effectively or work independently.
- Working proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Desired experience includes Databricks, MLflow, deep learning and neural networks, LLMs, and NLP techniques.
