Base Salary
$100k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build software, internal tools, demos, and prototypes using Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, and emerging AI coding tools.
- Document builds and create videos, posts, threads, and playbooks explaining the tools and workflows used.
- Translate frontier AI capabilities into practical guidance for operators, founders, and enterprise leaders.
- Lead customer hackathons, leadership enablement sessions, and function-specific workshops for legal, finance, marketing, and operations teams.
- Stay current with newly released AI models, tools, and workflows and incorporate useful findings into builds, content, and workshops.
- Establish and maintain a build-to-content-to-workshop operating cadence that supports Tenex’s market presence and customer conversations.
Requirements
- At least three years of software-building experience with real shipping experience using AI coding tools.
- Production or real-user experience with Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, or equivalent tools.
- A strong portfolio of videos, posts, playbooks, or threads explaining technical or AI-related concepts.
- Experience teaching technical material to non-technical operators, running hackathons, or leading training sessions.
- Ability to test emerging AI models, tools, and workflows and form informed opinions about their use.
- Ability to create, produce, and edit content end-to-end while managing builds, shoots, and workshops in parallel.
- Exceptional taste, judgment, ownership, and willingness to work across engineering, content, and customer education.
- Experience spanning engineering and content for a creator, founder, or technical brand serving AI-native operators and enterprises is a bonus.
