Responsibilities
- Lead a team of quality engineers through multidisciplinary planning and ecosystem integration.
- Develop and implement testing methodologies, end-to-end test strategies, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Define the test automation roadmap and release entry and exit criteria.
- Ensure performance readiness and lead defect governance.
- Use data-driven insights to refine testing strategies and improve efficiency.
- Mentor quality engineering team members and foster continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multiple teams on quality objectives and decisions.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in quality engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Selenium automation.
- Proficiency with Selenium or Appium and API automation.
- Experience with CI test pipelines.
- Expert proficiency in quality engineering strategy and planning, testing process and quality improvement, and quality engineering strategy implementation.
- Expert proficiency in API automation is preferred.
