Responsibilities
- Map the Azure and AKS environment, detection and logging coverage, and ISO 27001 and SOC 2 control scope.
- Handle infrastructure-related alerts and customer security assessments.
- Ship production hardening and automation improvements.
- Own infrastructure vulnerability management from triage through remediation follow-up and SLA reporting.
- Deploy and operate a honeypot producing high-fidelity alerts.
- Expand SIEM connector coverage and document log sources and retention.
- Manage detection content as code with reviewed rules, tests, and runbooks.
- Automate infrastructure audit evidence and eliminate long-lived credentials on critical paths.
- Collaborate daily with DevOps, platform engineering, IT, security, and engineering teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, platform engineering with a strong security focus, or security engineering with hands-on infrastructure practice.
- Production Kubernetes experience with RBAC, network policies, admission controllers, secrets handling, workload identity, and runtime security.
- Solid cloud experience, ideally with Azure; strong AWS or Google Cloud experience is also considered.
- Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform, GitOps workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to script and automate with Python or Go plus shell, read and write code, and open pull requests in other teams’ repositories.
- Experience with cloud audit-log analysis, query languages, and correlation across identity, network, and application sources.
- Fluent English at US/UK level or B2 French equivalent.
