Responsibilities

  • Analyze client problems and configure business software.
  • Build and optimize automation processes within various tools.
  • Create reports within business systems.
  • Conduct data migrations and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Develop test scenarios.
  • Provide on-site training for clients’ super/admin users.
  • Support implementations across ERP, EPM, PPM, and logistics and transport ERP solutions.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree, for example in Commercial Engineering, Applied Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Passion for IT implementations and interest in software tools and development.
  • Knowledge of, experience in, or affinity with accounting, planning, and budgeting.
  • Interest in databases, queries, scripting, and reporting.
  • Analytical problem-solving ability and readiness to make quick decisions.
  • Client-oriented approach with empathy, negotiation skills, flexibility, communication, and teamwork.
  • Ability to work independently and handle stress and crisis situations.
  • Fluency in Dutch or French and English.
